To clean, wipe use a soft cloth and mild soap-- like Dawn. The one they save birds with. It's good on birds, so it will be perfect on the cork.

    Just like any material, cork appreciates love and care. As time passes, you may notice that your cork has some stains or, for example, some blue from a jean pocket. Cork fabric is easy to clean by gently wiping it with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. You can also use mild, natural baby wipes. After cleaning, allow your item to dry before you use it again.

    Compared to leather, cork fabric is lighter. ​Cork fabric is way stronger than most other textiles, but it cannot match the strength of animal leather​ or other manmade materials such as faux leather​s and synthetic blends. Compared to many other materials, such as leather, cork is easy to maintain. Cork is a natural, vegan product. No toxic waste is produced in the processing of cork leather.

    Our ​cork ​products are naturally water-resistant, and we do not use any coating on our cork fabric. ​

    Cork material is also antimicrobial, antibacterial, and​ ​resistant to mold. If your cork products​ ​get wet, we recommend you dry them with a clean, soft cloth and leave them dry at room temperature.
